The opportunity

Botivo had already carved out a space in the on-trade market, offering a unique, alcohol-free craft drink that challenged traditional notions of what makes a beverage special. However, their DTC (direct to consumer) channel was underdeveloped, and they needed a partner to scale this side of the business. The goal was to introduce Botivo to a wider audience, driving both brand recognition, profitable customer acquisition and repeat purchase.

What we did

We worked closely with the Botivo team to create a strategic approach for scaling their DTC efforts. Starting with a compelling bank of creative assets, we crafted campaigns designed to spark intrigue and drive impulse purchases. By integrating Klaviyo with Meta, we set up an automated acquisition funnel to optimise the customer journey and acquisition costs. Post-purchase, we deployed a robust email strategy to nurture customers through tactical and regular communications, encouraging repeat purchases and fostering loyalty.

The outcome

Our efforts successfully expanded Botivo’s DTC footprint, driving significant growth in brand awareness and customer acquisition. The automated systems reduced acquisition costs while boosting engagement, leading to an increase in repeat purchases. This comprehensive approach positioned Botivo to scale their DTC channel profitably, supporting their mission to redefine the craft drink market and bring “the yellow hour” to a growing community of consumers.
