The opportunity

Renue The Label, a female-founded business led by Lucy Watson and Olivia, set out to redefine sustainable underwear with eco-friendly fabrics that can be regenerated and renewed. While the brand embodied a strong mission, they needed a partner to grow their direct-to-consumer (DTC) presence and amplify their impact. The challenge was to build awareness, connect with ethically minded consumers, and drive sales in a competitive market—all while staying true to their values.

What we did

We collaborated closely with Lucy and the Renue team to develop a creative strategy focused on authenticity and engagement. Starting with a bank of user-generated content (UGC) styled assets, we paired these with top-of-funnel brand campaigns designed to capture attention and educate audiences on Renue’s mission. Recognising Meta’s shift to prioritising in-app audiences, we created engaging video content as a first touchpoint, generating data while building awareness. This was followed by trust-building, people-focused creative to foster aspiration and convert awareness into action.

Our partnership helped Renue The Label carve out a distinctive presence in the sustainable fashion space, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.
